DRG awarded Air Force T-38 contract

OKLAHOMA CITY (April 28, 2022) – Delaware Resource Group of Oklahoma LLC (DRG) has been awarded the United States Air Force T-38 Aircrew Training Device (ATD) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) contract.


Under the contract scheduled to begin July 1, DRG will maintain, support, and operate T-38 ATDs at five continental United States locations in support of undergraduate pilots for both USAF and NATO.


“The addition of the T-38 program is extremely significant to DRG,” said Phil G. Busey Sr., chairman and CEO of DRG and The Busey Group of Companies. “It is a testament to the hard work, capabilities and professionalism of DRG’s team and continues to expand our training base with the military.”


DRG will also operate the T-38 Training System Support Center (TSSC) and execute hardware and software modifications in accordance with system sustainment.


“This contract is another major milestone for our team and helps position us for many future opportunities,” said DRG President and COO Brian Busey.


Contract performance locations Vance Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma; Sheppard AFB, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, and Laughlin AFB, Texas; and Columbus AFB, Mississippi.


If all options under the contract are exercised, the period of performance will run to October 2029.
