Mr. Callis joined DRG after serving 28 years in the United States Air Force and working as a lead program manager with a major defense contractor. During his military service, he logged more than 5,800 flight hours as a navigator and pilot. He has operational time as an instructor or evaluator in six different versions of the KC-135, the C-17, the KC-10 and the EC-135. He participated in or led multiple combat deployments. He served in command/leadership positions at all operational levels from the squadron to duty with HQ USAF at the Pentagon. Since retirement, he has led several programs supporting manufacturing and integration of C4I systems into mobile and fixed facilities for U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and foreign nations.
